macOS: unzip, then double-click
"Install CarrierHive.command"
inside the folder — it opens Terminal automatically and installs everything
(including Python, if your Mac doesn't already have it). When it finishes,
find
CarrierHive in Launchpad or your Applications folder.
First time opening it, macOS may warn it's from an "unidentified developer" —
right-click the app →
Open → confirm. You only need to do that once.
Windows: right-click the downloaded zip →
Extract All,
open the extracted folder, then double-click
Install_CarrierHive.bat.
It installs everything automatically (including Python, if needed) — no admin
password required. When it finishes, find
CarrierHive on your
Desktop or in the Start Menu. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC,"
click
More info → Run anyway — that's normal for apps not signed
with a paid Microsoft certificate.
Either way, the app will ask for a
username and password the
first time it opens — that's your CarrierHive license,
message us on WhatsApp if you don't have one yet.
